Their primary purpose is to provide the maximum amount of natural light and ensure proper ventilation for the spaces they are installed over. The availability of daylight inside buildings significantly affects the well-being of residents, employees, customers, and is a crucial factor impacting their health and mood.

Types of offered point roof skylights:

Non-opening – for illumination purposes
Opening (manually, electrically, and pneumatically) – for both illumination and ventilation purposes

Types of actuators:

Manual – screw opener with a crank
Electric – 24V, 230V
Pneumatic – used in buildings with an elevated fire risk

The skylight covering is made with an aluminum profile system and filled with multi-chamber polycarbonate with a UV filter. In our skylights, we use clear, opaque, and combined multi-chamber polycarbonate sheets in the NRO/Broof(t1) classification (non-spreading fire) with the additional use of NRO fire-retardant fabric. A standard PVC clip mounted in the frame ensures excellent thermal performance while eliminating heat loss.

The bases of roof skylights are standardly made from galvanized steel sheet with a minimum zinc coating of Z275 (275g/m2) and thickness ranging from 1.25 to 1.5 [mm], depending on their height. In our roof skylights, we use flat and sloped bases ranging from 150 to 750 [mm] in height. The bases are adapted for external insulation with mineral wool, PIR board, styrofoam, or another insulating material of 40mm thickness.

We also offer the option of painting skylights and bases (from the inside) in any color from the RAL palette and providing protection in corrosion classes C-1 to C5-I.
