Roof hatches, as the name suggests, have been designed with the thought of providing easy and safe access to the roof. In addition, they serve the function of roof skylights, fully utilizing natural daylight, which effectively translates into reduced electricity consumption. The roof hatches we offer can successfully be used in single-family homes, multi-family buildings, public use facilities, sports facilities, and industrial buildings.

The bases of roof hatches are standardly made from galvanized steel sheet with a minimum zinc coating of Z275 (275g/m2) and thickness ranging from 1.25 to 1.5 [mm], depending on their height. In our roof hatches, we use flat and sloped bases ranging from 150 to 750 [mm] in height. The bases are adapted for external insulation with mineral wool, PIR board, styrofoam, or another insulating material of 40mm thickness.

We offer the option of painting the hatch and its base (from the inside) in any color from the RAL palette and providing protection in corrosion classes C-1 to C5-I.

The tilting wing of the roof hatch is made in an aluminum profile system with a filling of multi-chamber polycarbonate with a UV filter. In our roof hatches, we use fillings from clear, opaque, and combined multi-chamber polycarbonate sheets in the NRO/Broof(t1) classification (non-spreading fire) with the additional use of NRO fire-retardant fabric. A standard PVC clip mounted in the frame ensures excellent thermal performance, thereby eliminating heat loss. The roof hatch is equipped with two gas springs, a handle with a lock and key, and a grip across its entire span. This makes using our roof hatch safe, easy, and does not require the use of significant physical strength. The roof hatch wing opens to a 90° angle.
